Definitely should've gone Eul's instead of Kaya. Eul's purges the silences and gives Storm a lot more mana to work with. If they use more than one silence it's still tough, but I guess the only other way is a bkb later game or a Linken's.
U need euls early, either right after bloodstone or even before it if it's really rough. Then you want some sort of midgame item like orchid or Shiva or linkens if youre doing fine, if youre doing bad u might be forced to get bkb after bloodstone but that's not ideal. In reality you shouldn't pick storm into 3 silences.

Op u r legend 4 u should know what items are good enough depending on situation anyway euls is the best early game item to remove debuffs
PS: u are most likely to get advises from 1k and 2k bracket players :)
Eul's, BKB, Linken's vs a team with strong lockdown and silences. Euls is cheap and should be your first item in these sort of games. You could also go for two null talismans , they're cheap yet provide valuable stats early/mid game before you go on to build eul's.
eul, bkb and try to focus down silencer. But for real tho, with ur skill bracket better just stick with normal counter. Even in high tier mmr, storm rarely win against silencer support
