I think in one of the recent patches his strength gain got nerfed

mid and late game still fragile.

Lets talk about a hero's rework that happened last year. Hmm, yes, this forum is a diary for geniuses.

His base agility is 14 and his agility gain is 1.9 so his armor is 1, 5 and 7 at level 1, 15 and 25 respectively. With that said, when you play Invoker your allies need to pick heroes to defend his "fragility"

If you can't handle his fragility get another stat item after Midas - before aghs. Drums and RoA come to mind.
Also, raindrops are very good for his frailty.
