Lolz valve just dont give a shit about it. And if you want to see your DBR just active the public thing ... and done.. lol
IT will just PRIVATE what DBR tried to MAKE IT public.
DBR will become less and less accurate with the time, because most of people will have private profiles.

bitch plz if they do a GLOBAL THING then they save information, otherwise DBR stands for player static not dependable of other players information (at least is what i believe otherwise programmers fails)
I assume you must go and do your math homework, because you don't understand a shit about DBR.

I'm assuming DBR is ready to go and all the stats from games so far can be put in so roll it out before the next patch and everyone would have a DBR ranking that won't change if they keep their info on private.
